Wanted: 1969 Chevelle SS Looking for in Chilliwack, British Columbia

Looking for a friends Chevelle that roamed around Abbotsford in the late 70's. It as a true SS, lemans blue with the white stripe on the side. Bench seat with column shift. Car had a very strong 396 in it with T-400, then when that sacked out he put in a Flodine built 427.That motor detonated while racing out in Surrey, and the car was sold in Abbotford shortly after with the blown motor. I believe the fellow that bought it put a 350 in it, and that's about the last I ever heard of it. Anyone know about this car and where it ended up? I don't have the VIN, but just thought this story might ring a bell. That car absolutely dominated the streets of Abby back in the day, and I"d love to know where she is today. (I am hoping it's not out in my driveway as part of the hood on my Honda) The pic I've put here is the actual car I'm talking about.
BTW, I am in the market to buy a 69 Chevelle, so if you have one, I might possibly be interested in it.
