Stunning Green Prom Dress with Metallic blue sheer in Chilliwack, British Columbia

This dress is a size 12. Bought new for almost double the price. It had straps added to it to make it a halter but they are easy to remove to make the dress strapless, or you could sew it to make actual straps. It has only been worn for Grad, no rips, no stains, no smells. It is in mint condition, in a sealed dress bag. It has a beaded bodice with design and a sheer blue fabric over top to make the dress really stunning and one of a kind. Need to sell, so someone can enjoy prom!
